个人简介:

陈子瑜,1959年生。现任校学术委员会委员、教学督导组副组长,公司凝聚态物理学科责任教授、高工物理课程群责任教授。曾任全球十大赌船网址副院长、理学院物理系主任。

在担任理学院物理系主任和全球十大赌船网址副院长期间,在教学、科研和学科建设诸方面做了有益的工作,为公司物理基础教学的发展、获批凝聚态物理博士点、物理一级学科博士授权点、博士后流动站、凝聚态北京市重点学科等做出了重要贡献。

从教37年来,他始终把人才培养放在首位,坚持立德树人,坚守本科教学一线。常年承担本科生核心基础课教学,注重将科学思想、批判性思维、治学经验融入课程教学,注重引导学生的科学价值观和人生观,关爱学生。

坚持教学研究,将物理学发展趋势和教学规律与本科教学实际相结合,思考教育教学问题、改革教育教学方法。承担10余项重点教改项目,发表多篇教改论文。

坚持教学和科研并重,以高水平科研为依托,践行科研反哺教学。迄今已主持30余项国家或省部级科研项目,发表SCI论文100余篇,培养硕博研究生40余人。

在自建基础物理学MOOC基础上,完善课程建设;疫情期间,高质量地实施了在线教学。

陈子瑜教授曾获北京市教学名师奖、北京市师德先锋、宝钢优秀教师奖、公司优秀主讲教师等称号和一系列教学成果奖。所负责的“基础物理学”和“固体物理学”课程获评北京市精品课程。基础物理学课程被学校推荐申报第二批国家一流课程,作为负责人的教学团队获评工信部研究型教学创新团队。
